Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial compliance and reporting in line with IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess risks and opportunities for business growth.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and compliance frameworks across finance processes.
• Work closely with auditors and tax authorities, ensuring full transparency and audit readiness.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and budgeting to support business decisions.

Experience and Skills Required

• Honours degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed SAICA Articles (essential).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a finance or compliance role, ideally within ICT or Telecommunications.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and TAX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
