A position has become available for Finance Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team, based in Jeffreys Bay
 Daily receipts/ Cashbook & bank reconciliation (Current account/ Call accounts/ Garage card/ Foreign Accounts/ Credit card acc)
 Maintain & order stationary
 Maintain & order groceries
 Accounts receivables, Accounts payables and Journal Allocations
 Processing supplier invoices
 Match & Reconcile accounts
 Resolve queries
 Prepare payments
 Ensure accuracy on invoices
 Maintain projects & procuring for projects
 Assisting in finance (ad hoc)
 Maintaining & filing records
 Control petty cash
 Pastel & Sage Evolution systems
 Enter & set foreign rates
 Deal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments
 Load new creditors on the online banking system
 Assist in the preparation for the annual audit as well as handling audit queries
Qualifications and experience:
 A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping and/or short bookkeeping courses
 Minimum of 3 years experience working in a finance department performing creditors/accounts payable duties
 Previous working experience on Sage Evolution (advantageous)
 Previous working experience on Sage Pastel (advantageous)
 Sound accounting knowledge
 Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
 Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise time and work effectively
 Attention to detail, a high level of integrity and deadline driven
