Finance & Admin Clerk East Rand Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Finance and Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, procurement, customer communication, stock coordination, and general administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices and quotes accurately and on time Liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner (phone, email, and in person) Handle the ordering of stock and ensure timely delivery coordination Perform general office administration duties Manage procurement tasks and source suppliers when necessary Maintain accurate records of all receipts and petty cash using Excel spreadsheets Organise and file slips and financial documents systematically Provide administrative support to the finance and operations teams Requirements: Fluent in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written) * Gr 12 compulsory
Own vehicle and valid drivers licence
Excellent telephone and email etiquette Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and behaviour Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in a similar finance/admin role is advantageous Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and team player Good problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Remuneration Package:
