Field Service Team Lead

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to manage and oversee on-site support services within a designated area, ensuring effective operations and optimal service delivery in line with company goals. The role also includes managing the on-site team in that area.

Key outputs:



In-depth reporting on team activity

Establishing and expanding competent onsite service lines, ensuring constant improvement in the quality efficiency and range of services.

Ensure the delivery of profitable and quality client services through the efficient and productive management of resources.

Develop and maintain a cohesive onsite services team with clearly defined authority and responsibility.

Create individual development plans for team members with regards to the following aspects.

Collaborating with other service lines to ensure agreed SLA's are met.

Minimum Skills Required & Job Specific Requirements:



4+ years solid on-site management experience in pharmacy or retail environment

Strong people management experience

A+ and N+ Certification

Linux experience on command line

Extensive windows experience

Good understanding from a technical perspective

Ability to work collaboratively with other colleagues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
