ESSENTIALS
BSc/BSc Hons (OR relevant science industry experience) &/ Business Management qualification. Must have 5yrs+ working experience in customer service leadership in the Science or Medical industry, proven team management experience; with a Quality Management System, viz. ISO 9001 & 13485; excellent communicator, team player, diligent & high attention to detail.

A supplier of international, high quality lab products and consumables is recruiting for a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Service Team Leader with people management experience.
The company is positioned in the Life Science industry providing product solutions to labs in the research & commercial diagnostics sector, with product lines focusing on Molecular Biology & Diagnostics. This team leadership role oversees the customer service department and will seek to lead the current team, to drive and uplift performance and productivity, optimise system workflows, to ensure optimum customer service quality and delivery. This administration & operational management role will include overseeing and coordinating work resources, assisting to meet and exceed targets, defining and refining core processes and overseeing customer satisfaction metrics.
The role reports into the MD and will include quality management, liaising with the quality team & supporting departments through audit processes. This is a great Employer to work for- providing support and an inclusive, dynamic team environment.
