Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Field Sales Rep to join our team in the Marketing and Advertising industry. As a Sales Rep, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating new business and managing client relationships. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to meet the needs of our clients and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Plan and deliver compelling presentations to motivate prospective clients to partner with us
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
- Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and client benefits
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline and results to management teamCollaborate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are being met and issues are resolved promptly
- No experience needed
- Must have matric or equivalent
- 18-30 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Residing in Cape Town
- Great communication skills
- If not South African *Must have working permit and passport
- Must be an outspoken individual
- Must be a very confident individula
