Job Summary:
To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area.
Sales
? Selling products/services
? Updating Data basis,
? Conducting market research
? Providing detailed Product/service information
? Reaching sales target
? Adhering to standards and guidelines
? Prospecting
? Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. ? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
? Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers.
? Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
? Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. ? Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers.
? Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services.
Customer Handling
? Deal with all queries relating to product information.
? Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products
? Escalating complaints
Administration
? Capturing of information diligently/precisely
? Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports
? Dispositioning call outcomes accurately.
? Escalating queries/complaints timeously
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress
FSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS)
Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customer
satisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversight
and client resolution, secretarial/admin experience
