We have a proud heritage, built over 75 years, and a worldwide reputation for pioneering products and exceptional service.With 32,000 people in more than 120 countries, which wexe2x80x99re looking to expand, wexe2x80x99re a great place for you to show us your worth, step up to new challenges and grow your career.What does the role involve?Your responsibilities include: Securing technical business through specifications and technical support through regular planned visits to various players within the construction industryCo-ordinate all necessary efforts to ensure conversion of specification and approvals to sales, as well as support the Account Managers to build competence on the engineering productsMaximize the sales potential of Hilti products and services through specification and conversion of sales opportunities with selected customer groups and projects.Maximize the sales and application opportunities in a defined list of key regional projects through project management of all activities, and coordination of all engineering & sales resources.Develop, analyses, and manage business plans related to the customer database to effectively maintain and grow salesDemonstrate consultative selling; convince customers that they have a need for a technical products, software and servicesBuild relationships with our customers, and help them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needsProvide engineering support and coverage to a defined group of designers, both consulting engineers and focused customers, to gain specifications, through providing Hiltixe2x80x99s differentiated engineering service.Provide technical support and training to Hilti sales force and customers, to ensure the delivery of a high-quality engineering support service at all times.Develop strong relationships with the technical decision makers to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment.Attainment of specifications, engineering standards and drive conversion of sales opportunities through regular planned calls with consultants, contractors within the assigned segments through submittals, design proposals, and seminars.Work hand in hand with sales team to solve contractorsxe2x80x99 issues using Hilti engineering products and assist them to close sales opportunities for engineered products as well as proactively generate new business opportunities.Year upon year we are recognized as one of the top 'Great Place to Work' employers globally.We have also been ranked as #1 in the construction sector , for the past number of years !What do we offer?Wexe2x80x99ll give you what you need to excel in your role and coaching to develop your skills as well as grow your product and application knowledge.Wexe2x80x99ll give you lots of responsibility, including your own portfolio of customers - these might be trade experts, project managers or company leaders.
