F&I Manager - Automotive Industry (Johannesburg)
We are seeking a skilled and compliant Finance & Insurance Manager to support our dealership by driving profitable finance, insurance, and value-added product sales. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless deal structuring, full legislative compliance, and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Structure finance and insurance deals in line with OEM, bank, and regulatory requirements Present value-added products and secure approvals efficiently Ensure full FAIS, NCA, and dealership compliance at all stages Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and contract administration Build strong relationships with customers, banks, and internal teams
Requirements
Valid FAIS DOFA, COB & CPD (3-year cycles applicable) Relevant F&I or industry certifications Strong understanding of automotive finance processes and compliance Proven experience (MINIMUM 5years) as an F&I Manager within the motor industry Updated CV and supporting qualifications will be required Send your CV to info@tcconsulting7.co.za
