Job Description
The F&I Business Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the finance and insurance (F&I) processes within a multi-franchise dealership. The role is crucial in ensuring that customers have access to financing options, vehicle protection products, and insurance, while also maximizing dealership profitability. The F&I Business Manager will work closely with sales teams, lenders, and customers to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to business goals.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience as an F&I Manager, preferably in a multi-franchise dealership setting.
- Strong knowledge of F&I processes, vehicle financing, insurance products, and dealership operations.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through product sales and finance deals.
