Job Title: FET Business Studies and Accounting Teacher



Location: Edenvale Gauteng



Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced FET Business Studies and Accounting Teacher to join our team at Pinnacle College Founders Hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Business Studies and Accounting subjects at a Further Education and Training (FET) level. The candidate should be passionate about education, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to inspire and motivate students to excel in their studies.



Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover the curriculum for Business Studies and Accounting subjects at FET level Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress and provide feedback on their performance Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles and abilities Provide additional support to students who are struggling with the material Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practices for teaching Business Studies and Accounting Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, Business Studies, Accounting, or related field Teaching qualification or certification Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at FET level, preferably in Business Studies and Accounting Strong understanding of the FET curriculum and assessment requirements for Business Studies and Accounting subjects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for teaching and commitment to student success


Additional Requirements:

Valid SACE certificate. Clear criminal background check Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the school and students
