Our client, a well-established leader in the animal feed industry, is seeking a motivated Feed Mill Team Leader (Trainee) to join their team.
This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to feed manufacturing operations, quality control, and team supervision, while gaining valuable industry experience.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring production efficiency, consistent product quality, and smooth day-to-day operations at the mill.
Salary: R8 000 - R14 000 + Pension.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality control checks on feed, including inspections for ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity Oversee manufacturing of feed according to established formulas and quality standards Ensure staff adhere to operational procedures Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimise downtime
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF 4 1 year of supervisory experience (advantageous) Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous) * Valid RSA driver's license with own transport
