Job Summary Key Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage within a 5-star boutique property or Big 5 lodge environment
Professional culinary experience is an advantage
Proven experience in menu development
Strong stock control experience in both food and beverage
Experience in hospitality and service training
Solid knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene in kitchen operations
Extensive purchasing and procurement experience
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
A true "Food Fundi" -- passionate about food, people, and service
Code 8 driver's license
