Job Description

Job Summary Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Hospitality / Food & Beverage within a 5-star boutique property or Big 5 lodge environment
  • Professional culinary experience is an advantage
  • Proven experience in menu development
  • Strong stock control experience in both food and beverage
  • Experience in hospitality and service training
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene in kitchen operations
  • Extensive purchasing and procurement experience
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
  • A true "Food Fundi" -- passionate about food, people, and service
  • Code 8 driver's license
