Overview
We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Farm Manager to lead the establishment and long-term operation of an innovative agricultural business. The role begins with the purchasing and development of a 100-hectare farm and evolves into full operational management of a water buffalo dairy (approximately 100 animals) combined with the cultivation of indigenous Fynbos herbs.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional to build a farm from the ground up and eventually take full responsibility for its day-to-day operations, production systems, and team leadership.
