Job Description
Kokstad Area - KwaZulu-Natal: An established 200ha farming enterprise in the Kokstad region is seeking a hands-on Crop Farm Manager to oversee and drive daily crop production activities. This role requires a practical, detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage commercial crop operations efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Previous experience with Potatoes, cabbages & maize
- Experience working with pivots and pumps essential
- Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
- Computer literate
- Previous experience with GPS systems and John Deere GreenStar technology
- Maintenance orientated
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
