Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager in the East Rand area (Bapsfontein).
Areas close to Bapsfontein: Elandsfontein, Pretoria East (The Hills, Elarduspark, Moreleta Park), Irene (Centurion), Kempton park, Benoni, etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ years vegetable farming experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years in a Farm Manager position
- Experience with Greenhouses
- Vegetables to have experience in (lettuce, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, marrows, broccoli, etc.)
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture
- Own reliable transport
Plan and coordinate the operation of farms, nurseries, greenhouses, and other agricultural production sites. Hire and train farmers to care for the crops under their supervision. Oversee all aspects of running farms and other facilities that produce crops.
