Managing a versatile team, including co-ordinating multiple shifts and skilled supervisors, will be central to your role, as will the strategic oversight of production processes. Youxe2x80x99ll lead the charge in achieving production targets and fostering a culture of excellence in the workplace. Your responsibilities will extend to meticulous planning and execution, ensuring optimal equipment maintenance, and guaranteeing a safe and compliant factory environment, complete with the essential 16.2 Appointment for factory division maintenance. With your sought-after expertise, youxe2x80x99ll establish robust preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring that all machinery operates flawlessly, and maintain fruitful relationships with preferred suppliers to keep production schedules on track. Wexe2x80x99re looking for an exceptionally skilled individual for this team! If you have a degree or diploma in Engineering, especially in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil, thatxe2x80x99s a great start. Experience in concrete products would be fantastic, but donxe2x80x99t worry if youxe2x80x99re new to that xe2x80x93 wexe2x80x99re open to your talents. What we do want is at least 8+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in concrete mining, civil operations or precast concrete manufacturing. Plus, if youxe2x80x99re familiar with machinery like concrete batch plants, saw cutting gizmos, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes, thatxe2x80x99s a bonus. Teamwork and communication are important to us, so fluency in Afrikaans and English, and strong interpersonal and administrative skills are key.
