Factory Operations Manager - DurbanvilleFactory Operations ManagerDurbanville R550 000 and R650 000per Anum total cost to companyHollowcore Precast Slab Manufacturer seeks a Factory Operations Manager to manage Manufacturing and Production, 6 days a week. You will manage 60 people and ensure productivity, quality, and safety. You will manage the stockyard and the loading of the slabs/panels, raw material, and wastage (Expenses vs budget), in two shifts, with 5 supervisors. You will manage overtime and reduce costs. ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met. Planning & casting as well as lane striping. Management and communication to ensure that supervisors, operators, and laborers understand the requirements of the daily tasks that have been assigned to them. OHS management ensures the factory is managed in a safe manner. Min 10 years of relevant experience with a solid working knowledge of mechanical equipment including concrete batch plant, saw cutting machines, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes. Proficiency using MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other computer software.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: R550,000.00 - R650,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:Cape Town, Western Cape (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Cape Town, Western Cape: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
