Factory Engineer (RKFE) - KZNMain job functionTo ensure that maintenance is carried out efficiently, to manage projects, to ensure high levels of plant efficiency, maximum production, minimal down time, and to ensure the health and safety of employees. To ensure that plant meets with environmental and energy requirements Manage factory engineering projectsManage the factory maintenance and construction programManage the company assets of the factory siteManage the factory safety programEnsure that production and safety standards are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Ensure effective performance of subordinates and teamsComply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management SystemsQualificationsBachelor of EngineeringCriteria At least 6 years practical experience in an industrial process plant, including knowledge of boiler operationsIncluding at least 5 years' experience in leading a leading a maintenance team of qualified personnelAt least 5 years' experience in managing a computerised maintenance systemAt least 5 years' experience in safety management and quality control systems A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
