Role Overview

We are mapping Facilities Managers with the capability to oversee all maintenance, security, pool, and grounds functions within a hospitality or property environment. The role includes managing a maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the overall operational integrity of the property.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Matric 2-3 years' Facilities Management experience Strong all?round technical exposure (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, generators, electrical & water meters, etc.) Previous Body Corporate or sectional title facilities experience advantageous Knowledge of Health & Safety management and compliance
