Key Responsibilities
Prepare training materials, manuals, and user guides tailored to GCIS ECMS SharePoint Online and all eService applications.
Deliver end-user training sessions (both in-person and virtual) to ensure effective adoption and usage of systems.
Conduct training needs assessments and adapt materials to suit different user levels.
Provide post-training support and respond to user queries regarding system functionality.
Collaborate with technical teams and business units to ensure training content is aligned with system updates and business objectives.
Document training processes and maintain updated records of training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Education, or related field.
Minimum of
3 years' experience
in training delivery and user support, preferably within ICT environments.
Strong knowledge of
SharePoint Online
and familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Knowledge of the
Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to create clear, structured training documentation and user-friendly learning materials.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience delivering ICT training in public sector environments.
Exposure to eService or content management applications.
Certification in Microsoft training or instructional design.
