Lead Skills Development in the Cleaning Industry
Our client is seeking a dynamic and qualified Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator to join their Cape Town team. This role is vital to supporting the company's hygiene and cleaning operations by delivering accredited Learnership programmes, assessing and moderating learner performance, and facilitating on-the-job training across the region.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Cape Town. Own vehicle is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Learnerships and workplace-based training
Assess and moderate accredited cleaning qualifications (NQF Levels 1-3)
Meet targets for facilitation, assessment, and moderation
Liaise with training partners to ensure compliance with training standards
Deliver engaging training across multiple stakeholder groups
Develop lesson plans and maintain quality documentation
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and post-course reports
Maintain up-to-date registration and accreditation status
Stay informed on sector trends, compliance, and best practices
Matric (Grade 12)
Further Education and Training Certificate:
ODETD (minimum NQF Level 4) - advantageousRegistered Assessor and Moderator with SSETAfor:
SAQA ID 57937 - NQF Level 1
SAQA ID 36233 - NQF Level 2
SAQA ID 20175 - NQF Level 3
Relevant experience and qualifications in Hygiene & Cleaning
Own reliable vehicle - essential
Strong facilitation, communication, and organisational skills
Between 1 - 3 Years
