Job Description


Our client based in Cape Town is looking for Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant will be a proactive, skilled communicator who is able to make decisions within defined parameters.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Minimum of 3 yearxe2x80x99s relevant experience
  • Experience in an export environment is advantageous
  • Minimum of 3 yearxe2x80x99s administrative experience
  • Excel, MS Word, MS outlook xe2x80x93 accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Pleasant telephone manner xe2x80x93 previous internal or external stakeholder liaison experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Export sales will be responsible for servicing a customer base
  • Responsible for Department administrative requirements
  • Required to be efficient with compiling Spreadsheets and e-mails
  • Processing orders and coordinating dispatch with the logistics team
  • Responsible for customer communication
  • Responsible for Debtor statements and payment collections
  • Preparing all required export documentation
  • Ensuring all exports are compliant with VAT regulations.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations
