Job Summary Position: Export Manager Reports to: Regional Manager Location: Durban Strong manager Understand shipping lines , file management , client relationships , invoicing , Package around R 60 000 to R 80 000 neg. based on experience Purposes of the position We are looking for a dedicated, competent, and reliable Export Manager. The role of an Export Manager is critical in facilitating international trade and expanding a company''s reach to global markets. Key accountabilities Conducting market research Developing comprehensive export plans and strategies Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements of various countries. Identifying and establishing relationships with potential customers, distributors, agents, and partners in international markets Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing international customers Overseeing the preparation and verification of export documentation Coordinating and managing international logistics Conducting price negotiations with international customers, distributors, Monitoring export-related budgets, expenses, and profitability Leading and managing a team of export professionals Key responsibilities Month end reporting xc3x98Flash Revenue xc3x98Volume and Revenue Analysis xc3x98Exec income statement xc3x98Revenue Forecast xc3x98Warehouse revenue allocation xc3x98Vessel reports xc3x98Ocean Freight report Other key reporting xc3x98FNI weekly reporting and review required. xc3x98FNB weekly reporting and review required. xc3x98Shipping line recons xc3x98Debtors ageing xc3x98Creditors xc3x98Export schedule xc3x98FXL/FXG where applicable for review and approval to balance xc3x98OBL report xc3x98Quarterly KPI xc3x98Acquittals xc3x98Claim register/reporting. xc3x98Customer SOP xc3x98FOB Costings Education and Experience Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation qualification. Work experience in export environment is required. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and Accounting experience is a must.
