We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our new pizzeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing stock orders, conducting stock takes, and ensuring all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
Manage stock orders and conduct regular stock takes
Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations
Train staff
Create and maintain work schedules
Respond to customer complaints and feedback
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
Familiarity with health and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
