We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.

MUST have Grade 12 with a formal Hospitality Degree/ Diploma, preferably.
Be Computer Literate.
MUST have Micros System Experience.
3 years of experience in a Management position at a Restaurant / Hotel.
MUST be a polite and friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet.
BE a well-spoken and well-presented individual.
BE a strong leader who can oversee employees.
MUST be able to manage the entire service operation of the restaurant.
Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
Daily meetings and handovers with staff rostering.
Maintain and achieve Restaurant Targets.
Do monthly stock takes
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS PROVIDED.
