Are you a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located in the heart of Qatar's vibrant dining scene.
About the Role:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, and upholding the highest standards of food and hospitality. You'll lead a motivated team, drive performance, and help shape an exceptional guest experience in a sophisticated, stylish environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all restaurant operations to the highest standards
Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team
Ensure a warm, professional guest experience at all times
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency
Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and sales
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium dining setting - NO HOTEL F&B
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a hands-on management style
Fluent in English
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Previous experience in the GCC region is an advantage
