Job Summary At Springfontein Wine Estate ; our heart has always been wine. Over time, our hospitality offerings have grown into a central pillar of the estate. We operate 13 rooms and two restaurants ; and now we are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to lift our guest experiences to the next level. About the role : Oversee all guest-facing operations ; including accommodation, restaurants, events, and guest experiences. Lead; mentor, and inspire a passionate team across multiple departments. Drive service excellence ; ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and authentic experience. Shape and expand our hospitality offerings ; exploring new markets and innovative concepts. Be part of strategic decisions at the estate level, directly supported by ownership. Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational excellence across all areas. Who we are looking for 10+ years of proven hospitality leadership ; with experience training and managing teams. Strong independence; initiative, and leadership skills . A passion for guest-centered service and creating unique experiences. Experience in boutique hotels, fine dining, or wine tourism is highly desirable.
