Job Description
Foreman - Marine Bridge Construction
Supervises site crews and daily construction activities for marine and conventional bridge works. Directs workforce, plant, and barge operations according to approved methods. Ensures work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to required quality. Reports progress, issues, and material needs to the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or trade qualification in civil construction (preferred).
- 5+ years' experience in bridge or heavy civil works.
- Strong knowledge of marine bridge construction sequences and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
