Job Summary EXECUTIVE CHEF - 5* Boutique Hotel (Ballito) POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations of a prestigious 5- star Boutique Hotel with 10 rooms. The successful candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, a strong commitment to quality, and a drive to create unforgettable dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for the culinary leadership and menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, staff management and development, budget management & cost control, guest experience and collaboration, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation. KEY EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: xe2x80xa2 Proven track record as a successful Head Chef / Executive Chef, or similar role in a high-end hotel or renowned fine dining establishment xe2x80xa2 Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications in food preparation and management xe2x80xa2 Demonstrated ability to create innovative and visually stunning dishes while maintaining a focus on taste and quality xe2x80xa2 Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and food trends xe2x80xa2 Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively REMUNERATION: R35 000 pm (based on experience) On completion of probationary period a 50% co-payment for Momentum medical aid is available as well as a provident fund contribution.
