Job Summary Requirements:Executive chef 5* boutique hotel (ballito)Position overviewWe are seeking an exceptionally talented and creative executive chef to lead the culinary team and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations of a prestigious 5- tar boutique hotel with 10 rooms. The successful candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, a strong commitment to quality, and a drive to create unforgettable dining experiences. Key employment conditions: - proven track record as a successful head chef / executive chef, or similar role in a high- end hotel or renowned fine dining establishment - culinary degree or equivalent qualifications in food preparation and management- demonstrated ability to create innovative and visually stunning dishes while maintaining a focus on taste and quality- extensive knowledge of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and food trends- exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyRemuneration: R35 000 pm (based on experience)On completion of probationary period a 50% co- ayment for momentum medical aid is available as well as a provident fund contribution.
