Accredited 3 yr Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts/Professional Cooking NQF4/NQF5 from an accredited Culinary Institution
Min 3 years experience in the equivalent position
Banqueting and opening experience will be highly beneficial
Solid track record with sober habits
Ability to develop & impliment menu's and recipes. food and labour budgets, staff training, food quality and sanitation standards.
Valid RSA ID and Drivers License
