We are seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role requires someone with excellent judgement, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (national and international)
Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Organise and coordinate executive-level meetings, including compiling agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Manage expense reports, budgets, and other administrative tasks.
Conduct research, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
Liaise with senior stakeholders, board members, and external partners.
Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
