Role Overview:
We're looking for confident, organized, and hands-on
Staff Managers
to join our growing team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leadership, people management, and the fast-paced environment of events.As a Staff Manager, you'll oversee DIENS team members during events -- ensuring service excellence, professionalism, and smooth operations on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate event staff during shifts. Ensure DIENS grooming and service standards are maintained. Communicate effectively with event coordinators and DIENS management. Handle on-site challenges calmly and professionally. Complete post-event feedback and reports.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or event management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Professional, reliable, and confident under pressure. Must be available for evening and weekend events (casual schedule).
