Job Description


Job Summary Tasks will include researching and securing venues, planning, and managing multiple events / activations, negotiating quotes and agreement with vendors and delivering on event brief objectives. The Ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills and excellent time-management. The noteworthy Event Coordinator should reinforce client to business relations, improve the organizations image by effectively delivering all objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Budget management
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
- Handling/management of logistics
- Managing event stock
- Managing branding and communication
- Handling post event reports/feedbacks
- Updating senior management.
- Managing of staff when required

Requirements:
- Degree in public relations, communication, or hospitality
- Communication and marketing skills
- 3-4 years Project / event management experience
- Good leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Multi-tasker
- Good time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
- Can work under pressure
- Does not require micromanagement.
- High level presentation skills
- Own car
