Duties & Responsibilities

Leading a project team to deliver client-specific ESS service solutions, including IP-based CCTV, access control, alarms, booms, gates, and electric fencing. Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system uptime and reliability. Supporting minor installations and integrating software platforms to meet customer requirements. Managing daily operations including fault finding, reporting, and documentation. Coordinating with subcontractors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. Planning and scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly activities for technical teams. Overseeing site assessments, stock collection, and environmentally responsible equipment disposal. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards and Thorburn's SHEQ policies. Assisting the estimating department during plan reviews and defining project requirements. Maintaining accurate administrative records including job cards, overtime sheets, and travel logs.

Qualifications

Grade 12 and/or equivalent tertiary qualification Impro Level 2 certification Valid Driver's Licence Computer Literacy certification PSIRA certification (minimum level E) Software & Licensing certification Health and Safety certification * Mine Medical Clearance
