About the Role:

Meshed Group is looking for a sharp, organised, and client-focused ERP Project Manager to oversee the successful rollout of Meshed360 for new customers. You'll manage projects from signed proposal to post-implementation handover, ensuring timelines are met, expectations are aligned, and clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey.

This is a hands-on role that combines project planning, client communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how cloud-based ERP systems - especially inventory, sales, and purchasing - impact real businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Meshed360 implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, guiding them through configuration, training, and change management. Coordinate with internal implementation partners, developers, and product teams to resolve issues and align project deliverables. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, documenting decisions, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Host project kickoff meetings, weekly check-ins, and go-live readiness assessments. Track and report on project status, milestones, and risks. Ensure a smooth post-go-live transition to the success/support team.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing ERP, inventory, or SaaS implementation projects. Strong understanding of business operations, especially inventory, procurement, and order workflows. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across different industries. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms - Xero experience is a strong plus. Proficiency in project tools (e.g. ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar). A calm, solutions-oriented mindset when dealing with challenges. Fluent in both Afrikaans AND English is a must.

Nice to Have:

Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile). Experience working with tools like Cin7, Unleashed, or DEAR. Background in consulting, implementation, or training roles. Comfort working in fast-paced environments and scaling systems
