Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibility:

• Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our catering teams.
• Ensure impeccable food quality, safety, and presentation across all locations.

Skills and CompetenciesSpecialist Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to handle large multi-sites
• Experience in the food service industry
• Proven financial skills
• Understanding Commercial contracts
• Management of remote teams

• Timeliness of Delivery of Output

QualificationsRequirements

• Matric
• National Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar role or as Project Manager
• Multiple unit operations experience
• Previous experience on a Catering related ERP system would be advantageous
• Previous PRP experience
