Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within our catering teams. Ensure impeccable food quality, safety, and presentation across all locations.

Skills and Competencies
Specialist Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to handle large multi-sites Experience in the food service industry Proven financial skills Understanding Commercial contracts Management of remote teams Productive Work Habits Timeliness of Delivery of Output

Qualifications
Requirements
+ Matric + National Diploma in Hospitality Management or any relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
+ Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar role or as Project Manager
+ Multiple unit operations experience
+ Previous experience on a Catering related ERP system would be advantageous
+ Previous PRP experience
