Ensure that the daily Box times are met as per the required box times.
Ensure that the accurate linen is used for the relevant airline.
Inform your department manager if other airline stock is found in your specific equipment cage.
Ensure that you pack with the correct flight configurations/GLPS's. If you do not have the correct figures, request them from you Department Manager.
Ensure that cutlery & linen is packed according to specification.
Ensure the equipment breakages are recorded and reported to the manager.
Ensure that the relevant CCP records are completed timeously.
Ensure that airline linen is not used to clean equipment
Ensure that all damaged or chipped equipment is placed in a crate and reported to the Department Manager.
Ensure that you do not pack broken or chipped equipment in the trolleys.
Do not issue dirty or wet equipment to the Production area.
Ensure that all Equipment is clean before it is taken or issued from the cage
Ensure that equipment coming from the dish room is clean before it is packed on shelves. If it is still dirty, please inform the department manager to return for re-wash.
