Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets Design, implement, and maintain effective

KPI systems

for monitoring and optimizing team productivity Provide strategic oversight and hands-on guidance to sales team members Personally manage a portfolio of

high-end and strategic customers

, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction Travel nationally as needed to

support and accompany sales representatives

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of managerial experience

in laboratory equipment sales Exceptional leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams Strong analytical mindset and experience in

data-driven sales strategy

Proven success in

customer relationship management

, especially with VIP and enterprise clients Must be

Cape Town-based

with established regional networks Willingness to travel nationally as required
