Management Level Senior Manager

Qualifications / Certifications required:

Bachelor / University degree.

Oracle certification or relevant work experience.

Experience required:

Minimum 6 yearsxe2x80x99 working experience in scoping, designing, and overseeing the delivery of complex EPM (Oracle, OneStream, Anaplan) centered, high value solutions.

Proven implementation expertise in EPM products - Oracle (FCCS, E/PBCS, PCM, EDM, ARCS) or Onestream or Anaplan

Certified product knowledge and expertise in any of the EPM products

Responsibilities of role:

Leading and delivering E2E EPM transformation projects for our clients consisting of applications in Consolidation, Planning, Allocations, Reconciliations and Master Data Management.

Overseeing the alignment to the solution design throughout the delivery cycle

Comfortable in working as part of a global team; co creating solutions with architects located outside of South Africa

Management of internal teams and client stakeholders.

Identifying enhancement opportunities for our clients and deliver value in each stage of implementation/delivery

Building and maintaining deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Leading our continued Finance Transformation thought leadership, working closely with colleagues in Strategy, Finance and Technology Consulting

Counterpart to senior functional leaders and ability to participate in design discussions with client and PwC functional team lead

Overseeing solutioning and respective functional specification in the overall transformation context

Developing the careers of the teams working with and reporting to you

Identifying unique opportunities around you and the firm to develop our capability in newer areas of EPM

Actively engage with our people to develop junior resources within the firm to enable them to be valued by our clients as experts in their domain

Demonstrate care and commitment to the team and our business

Thought leadership

Skill sets required and role related attributes:

Be a recognised expert in the field within the local EPM market, providing valued thought leadership and opinion.

Carry a well-established professional network and have strong alliances into the EPM ecosystem.

Experience at a senior capacity either within the Finance organisation or as part of a Consultancy

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations

Has the competence to perform the role effectively

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills

Ability to work within a fast-paced and unstructured environment. Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to interact efficiently with senior members of the firm across multiple time zones
