Job Description


A large hotel property in the heart of Skukuza seeks to employ a highly experienced Enviromental Maintenance Manager with hospitality experience and meeting the following essential requirements:-

  • Minimum BTech or Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Natural Sciences or equivalent NQF level
  • Minimum 4 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the renewable energy sector
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with, the implementation of environmental management systems
  • Up-to-date and demonstrated knowledge of relevant HSE legislation
  • Experience in working with and implementation of quality management systems
  • A valid driverxe2x80x99s license is required.Grade 12 + Electrical or related maintenance qualification, Plumbing experience a must.
  • Preferably 10 years previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in hospitality industry within a large resort styled hotel, experience with pumps,water reticulation, large scale maintenance projects along with experience with management of out-sourced cleaning and garden services would be added advantage, experience in planning maintenance operations
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc
  • STABLE TRACK RECORD
