Job Description
Job Title: In-Store Sales Agents
Location:Durban, South Africa
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of in-store displays.
Track and report on sales metrics and customer feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-focused with a positive and approachable attitude.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
