Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information. Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. * Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
