Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining client records. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services. Support the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction. Help track sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications:



Required:



A high school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or completed a degree in business or related field is a plus. A genuine interest in sales and customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred:



Previous experience in retail, customer service, or any role involving direct interaction with clients is an advantage but not required. A basic understanding of sales principles or interest in learning about them further.
