This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and marketing. As a Sales Assistant, you will support our sales team in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities. Generate leads through various channels. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Passed Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
