The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue and maintaining BitCo's credibility as a leader in the ICT/ISP sector. This customer-facing role requires a thought leader with a strategic, consultative, and revenue-driven approach to acquiring new customers across multiple industries. The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for selling telecom solutions, including voice, internet, cloud, and managed services, to large business clients known as "enterprise" customers. The focus is on building long-term relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
Initiate contact with decision-makers through cold-calling or digital channels
Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions
Support and provide information to clients, researching new opportunities and recommending improvements
Keep up with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new offerings
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
Maintain quality service by enforcing organisational standards
Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to stay updated in your field
Contribute to team goals and results
Achieve agreed-upon targets
Source new business and generate leads
Hold a minimum of 15 business meetings per week with clients to understand their communication needs and challenges
Update leads on Pipedrive
Qualifications and Experience
5-7 years of sales experience in a solution-selling industry such as telecommunications or ICT
