The Junior Direct Enterprise Sales Representative position is a customer-facing role responsible for driving sales and maintaining BitCo's reputation as a leader in the ICT/ISP sector. This role involves selling BitCo products and services directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or online channels. It plays a crucial role in achieving sales growth by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Approaching and engaging potential customers in connected Link Africa and DFA Buildings and Malls.
Identifying and creating new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending events.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value of BitCo's products and services.
Assisting in negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM systems.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Following all instructions given by the Chief of Sales.
Qualifications and Experience Hard Skills Required
National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Qualification and training in Sales & Marketing preferred.
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Telecommunication or ICT industry.
Ability to meet sales goals and targets.
Experience in sales planning and reporting.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
