As a HYPA Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their support needs are handled professionally, efficiently, and with care. From technical troubleshooting, billing and account queries, to ordering services, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience. Your ability to resolve issues and guide customers through each step will help maintain strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:
Handle customer queries related to technical issues, accounts, and billing
Provide first-line support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve fibre connectivity issues
Log and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
Ensure timely and professional resolution of all queries
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Adhere to internal support processes and quality standards
Stay updated on product features, technical procedures, and industry best practices
